After the audit, our team will create a comprehensive action plan and establish your messaging, branding, stories, pitch angles, initial campaigns, etc.

Formerly known as the Blue Tide Creative Concierge Service, our North Star Consulting Service was designed to educate, empower and elevate businesses. This service is a minimum six-month commitment and is ideal for small businesses and individuals wanting to build a solid marketing/communications foundation, level up their messaging and strategy, and attract new customers/clients without a traditional retainer fee.

 You'll have one-on-one hands-on assistance from our team, and receive a customized experience to best fit your needs.

If you want actionable messaging plans that are custom to your business, we’ll work alongside you and get you results quickly. We have three signature audits available.

Bite-Sized Audit: Select one thing you want help with (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, your newsletter, mission and vision statements, etc.) and we’ll work with you for an hour to brainstorm, create content, and ideas that you can implement immediately.

Digital Audit: If you want to go deeper into your digital messaging and presence, we’ll review your digital assets and create a custom plan for you. There will be a follow-up call with the Blue Tide Creative team to talk through everything, answer your questions, and make sure you are all set with next steps.

Messaging Audit and Creation of Brand Messaging Plan: The Blue Tide Creative Team will audit all current marketing and communications initiatives (social media, marketing collateral, content, and messaging, ensuring that all internal and external efforts are aligned, etc.). There will be a follow-up call with the Blue Tide Creative team to talk through everything, answer your questions, listen to your feedback, and make sure you are all set with next steps.

Once the audit is finalized and approved by you, the Blue Tide Creative team will be available for 30 days to answer and assist with any questions that may arise as you incorporate suggestions from the audit into your messaging.
